First, I want to thank everyone for vising my site and all the great compliments you have given me. As you can imagine, a lot of work went into this site and hopefully the visionaries and their creations will be remembered and/or appreciated.

I created this form just to have some general information.

Any information you give and your e-mail address WILL NOT be given to anyone. I really don't have anyone to give it to come to think of it. Anyway, this is just for my own compilation and use as I want this site to be something special just as the visionaries wanted each of their own creations to be special. I'll put up the tabulations of your answers up in my Misecellaneous section at the beginning of the new year.

Remember, none of the blanks HAVE to be filled out. I would like it, but heck, its your decision.

This section is just for the form. I usually don't open them until the end of the year. If you want to tell me something, donate something, and/or ask me something, please e-mail me. It may take me awhile to answer your e-mails but if you write to me using this form, I most likely will get back to you in the beginning of 2002.
